Robotic Pipeline Girth-Weld Coating

Our coating equipment line covers 8-inch to 60-inch pipe diameters for internal and external field coating. It consists of line-travel robotic cleaning, robotic coating and an inspection robot, run by wireless remote control.

Developed with feedback from experienced field girth-weld coating personnel, it ensures an even distribution of coating and consistent thickness all around the internal girth weld. Average application time is 24 seconds per cycle for FBE and 15 seconds for liquid, travelling at 24 m/min between joints.
