Workshop — Al-Arifi, Jubail
Our workshop provides a controlled environment for industrial blasting, coating and related activities — preparing and coating fabricated components before installation or delivery to the project site.
Workshop capability
Dry and wet blasting to the specified cleanliness and profile.
APCS primer, intermediate and finish systems.
Plural-component application on structural members.
Spools, valves, fittings and flanges.
Columns, beams, platforms, supports and plant equipment.
Environmental, DFT, holiday and adhesion testing.

Application technology
We utilise the GRACO XP70 4:1 plural-component system for demanding high-viscosity and heavy-duty coating applications — particularly intumescent fireproofing — enabling consistent, efficient and controlled application on large-scale structural projects.
Robotic pipeline coating
A wireless, remote-controlled robotic system for internal and external field girth-weld cleaning, coating and inspection. Average cycle is 24 seconds for FBE powder and 15 seconds for liquid, travelling at 24 m/min between joints.
Grating production
Cross bars are pressed into bearing bars under high pressure and fusion-welded, combining microelectronics and process automation for strength, precision and durability — with hot-dip galvanizing, stair treads and clamps.
Resources
Owned plant lets us control programme-critical activities: earthmoving, concrete, dewatering, blasting and spray application.
